The website provides general locksmith information and a way to request service. It does not replace an on-site check. A lock, key, door, vehicle, access condition, or required part can change the right solution.
Service requests are not confirmed jobs
A form submission does not guarantee availability, arrival time, price, or acceptance of a job. Urgent customers should call. Service is confirmed only after the request, location, access, and work are reviewed.
Proof you can approve the work
The customer must be allowed to approve entry or changes to the property, lock, key, or vehicle. We may ask for photo ID and proof that you own, rent, manage, work at, or can use it. Service can be refused when this is not clear.
Work and price approval
The proposed work and price should be reviewed before service starts. Extra work or parts should be explained as a separate choice. Ask questions before approving the work.
Safe use of the site
Do not use the website to request unlawful entry or to send harmful, false, or private security information. If a child, pet, medical need, fire risk, or traffic hazard creates immediate danger, call 911 first.
